Terms of Service

Upon ordering you agree to these following terms:

Payment

Moment of payment

  • Payment is due after the initiation of work through briefing or after approval of the first sketch.

Medium of payment

  • Transactions only accepted via PAYPAL.

Invalid payment

  • Do not use the option of sending payment as Friends and Family. This is against PAYPAL rules. (And in general: robs you of your option to reclaim your money should you get scammed by anyone.)

refunding

I cancel

  • Full refund, when I cancel the commission.

You cancel

  • Already done work, that is exceeding a basic pose sketch, will not be refunded and has to be paid for. Pose sketches I initially made for your commission I can sell as YCH.

You make me cancel

  • No refund when I cancel the commission at your fault. Which could be immense pressuring, extreme rudeness, harrassment or an excessive lack of communication - as in several weeks long - inmidst process after sketch approval. Warnings and/or reasons would be communicated before taking this action.

Corrections

WIPs

  • Work in process (WIP) images will be send for your approval unless stated otherwise.

  • Sketch commissions don't include a WIP.

Included Corrections

  • Make use of the approval stages – they are your chances for corrections. All corrections must be justified by the information you deliver.

Changes

  • Changes of plans like change of pose after sketch approval can be charged extra.

Copyright

Content ownership

  • I, the artist, do not gain rights to your character just by creating art from them. My creative work and your character are separate intellectual properties. Exceptions are characters I have partially designed. Then I‘ll have partial or shared rights as the creator.

regulation of commercial use

  • I can not sell products containing your intellectual property without your prior agreement. I‘ll keep the rights to any artwork I‘ve done and can use the art for promotion of my business as artist.

  • You can not use my artwork and design work for profit or commercial purposes, without my prior agreement.

  • Commercial usage rights need to be defined and purchased.

Credit

  • When reposting and using your commission on the internet, credit me by name. Linking is optional. Don't use my real name to credit NSFW art. Do not claim the artwork as having been created by you.

Editing

  • Do not paint over my artwork. Do not trace it. Do not alter or edit it and make it look like I delivered it that way. Exceptions are icons and forum banners due to their common context as altered media.
